Hey, I'm Meagan! I'm a Christian, Mom of 3, and wife. For years I tried to keep up with everything and was running on fumes - cooking, cleaning, keeping schedules, the never ending to-do list - thinking I had to do all the things. Most days I felt overwhelmed, anxious, or weighed down by depression, yet no one on the outside would have known. I felt completely isolated and disconnected from God.

I finally realized that if I wanted peace, joy, and emotional stability in my life, I couldn’t keep trying to power through on my own. I needed to stay consistently connected to God. Through simple spiritual rhythms woven into my everyday life, my relationship with God became deeper and more consistent. I began experiencing more peace and emotional steadiness as I heard from God and found clarity with my identity in motherhood. And I'm ready to share it with you!

Hi everyone! In today's episode we talk about how scripture calls us to celebrate God through music and song! The Holy Spirit can be felt in these songs of worship and I pray you open your heart to feel Him. I also share some research that shows how music is so good for our mental health.

But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!

In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously.
